Image License / Media Release and Life Consulting Liability Release

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into and among Rebecca Hoehne and team(collectively referred to as “Rebecca Hoehne” here on forward) and you the student participating in classes and life consulting (referred to as “Student” here on forward.)

I, the "student" acknowledge that in participating in classes and life consulting with Rebecca Hoehne, I have voluntarily agreed to participate in discovering the belief systems that govern my life and through various methods created by the Rebecca Hoehne Team, help to change those beliefs to ones that I desire to have.

I understand that these sessions are not professional counseling meetings and that the Rebecca Hoehne team are not licensed counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, or medical doctors.

I understand that they are, to the best of their ability, doing what they can to help me achieve more freedom in my life.

I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance of my own initiative and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice, opinions, or help that I might receive from the Rebecca Hoehne team.

I understand that in undergoing the course I will be confronting my inner feelings and emotions, which could cause emotional pain and distress.

I understand that at any time I may refuse to engage in further communications and be free to terminate my sessions with no further obligation.

I agree to hold Rebecca Hoehne free from any and all availability for loss, or damage of any kind, be it mental, emotional, or financial, that may arise as a result of the assistance that I have received from her/them.

I hereby authorize Rebecca Hoehne and it’s auxiliaries, affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns, (Rebecca Hoehne) nonexclusive permission to:

● Record my likeness and voice on video (including live streaming), audio, photographic, digital, electronic, online format or any and all other media.
● Use my name in connection with these recordings.
● Use, produce, publish, exhibit, edit, modify, or distribute, in whole or in part, these recordings in all media without compensation, for any purpose that Rebecca Hoehne and those affiliated with Rebecca Hoehne, deem appropriate including promotional advertising efforts.

● These recordings may appear in a variety of formats and media (digital, internet, mobile)

I hereby release Rebecca Hoehne and those acting under its authority from liability, claims, and demands for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use, including and all claims for liability, defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright.

I understand that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of Rebecca Hoehne. I have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
